1.How do I change my payment?

      1. You can check, change or postpone your payment via our easy to use Members Portal:

        1. Login via https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. Click ‘Change Next Payment’
        3. Choose either ‘Postpone Payment’ or ‘Change Payment’

2.Can I payout my loan early?

      1. Cigno gives all clients a personalised ‘One Click Payout’ figure. Simply login to the Member Portal to find your early payout offer:

        2. Click ‘One Click Payout’
        3. Choose Payment Method and Date

3.What are my login details for the Member Portal?

      1. If you have misplaced or forgotten your login details, simply click the ‘Forgot Password’ link to have your details sent to you!

        2. Click ‘Forgot Password’
        3. Enter original application email address

4.How much is owing on my loan?

      1. To find your current account balance, future repayments or to payout your loan, simply visit our Member Portal:

        2. View your Account Balance on your personalised Home Page

5.How do I get a new loan?

      1. Check your eligibity for a new loan via our Member Portal:

        1. Login via https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. Apply for New Loan
          1. Unfortunately, if the option isn’t there, you may not have sufficient credit available

6.Which account is the money coming out of?

      1. To find out or change your current Direct Debit account, visit our Member Portal:

        1. Login via https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. Your Direct Debit bank details are listed on your loan

7.When is my next payment coming out?

      1. To check your next payment and your current repayment schedule, login via our easy Member Portal:

        1. Visit: https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. Your Next Repayment Date, Amount and Frequency are all listed on your Loan Details page

8.What are your bank details?

      1. Cigno’s deposit bank account details are as follows:

9.Can I make a Catch Up payment?

      1. To make a Catch-Up Payment and remove the fees associated with a previous dishonoured payment, login via our Member Portal:

        2. Click ‘Make Catch-up Payment’
        3. Choose Payment Method and Date

10.How do I make a new payment plan?

      1. If you’re current repayment schedule is not suited to your situation, simply visit our Member Portal to change or postpone your repayments:

        1. Login via https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. Select ‘New Payment Plan’
        3. Choose either ‘Postpone Payment’ or ‘Change Payment’

11.When will my payment clear?

      1. Your payment will clear two business days after the payment was taken. To check your payment status, visit the Member Portal via:

        1. Login via https://members.cignoloans.com.au/
        2. View your ‘Last Payment Status’ on the Home Page

12.Can I postpone my payment on the day its due?

      1. No. Payments must be postponed one business day prior to the payment date. To check your payment status, visit the Member Portal via:

        2. View your ‘Last Payment Status’ on the Home Page

13.How do I change my payment frequency?

      1. If you wish to change your payment frequency, you can quick and easily do this via our Member Portal:

        2. Click ‘Change Frequency’
        3. Choose between Weekly and Fortnightly options

14.Why am I being charged dishonour fees?

      1. Dishonour fees are charged when a payment is missed per your agreed upon payment arrangement

15.Can you lower my payout?

      1. If you’re struggling to repay your loan, Cigno is here to help. To view your personalised reduced payout figure, visit our Member Portal:

16.Can I postpone my payment by a day?
