Credit Sense is a third-party provider that supplies us with your bank statement. They do so via your internet banking so that we can assess your application. We use Credit Sense to keep your internet banking safe.
We use Credit Sense and safe internet banking procedures to ensure your account stays secure. We don’t keep your internet banking credentials – they are encrypted when you enter them, passed to your bank to gain access to your transaction history, and then permanently deleted. If you need to resubmit your bank statement with Credit Sense, simply re-enter your internet banking credentials.
