Vital Factors To Look For When Searching For Fast Loans

Running low on cash? One of the most convenient things you can do is apply for a fast loan that will give you the cash you need. In this article, we want to help you understand what to look out for when searching for fast loan options so that you can keep your head above water.

No Fast Loan Companies are the Same

It would be easy to think that all fast loan companies offer the exact same things in the exact same way, but it’s not like that at all. In fact, while every company offers the same fast loans, they offer their packages in different ways. One example would be how loan providers offer cash limits: at Cigno Loans, we offer fast cash loans up to $1,000.

It is also worth noting that companies which offer larger cash limits should be avoided if you are regularly short on cash. A common and powerful tactic that credit cards use to draw you in is by offering huge limits that only serve to tempt you to spend more. When it comes to searching for fast cash loans and saving money in general it is important to remove this temptation and go with a loan provider that offers reasonable (and sensible) limits.

Speedy Payouts

This one is necessary if you are in a sticky situation and in need of cash ASAP. Fortunately, Cigno promises to have your fast loan paid to you within 24 hours. Some loan companies claim to pay their loans on the same day, but you should always be wary of companies that offer payouts faster than this.

We also bypass the credit check to make the payout process as swift as possible. The reason for this is because these loans are short term, so a credit check is not as useful as checking your current income levels. As long as we can see that you are earning a consistent income, we’ll be confident in your ability to pay what you owe.

Common Requirements For These Loans

In general, the requirements are fairly minimal. First of all, you must be a minimum of 18 years of age. You also need to prove that you have a checking account, which you can prove by bringing in a copy of your bank statement to your appointment. You’ll also need to show a proof of income. This can be a letter from your employer or a pay slip. You’ll also need to give some form of government-issued identification to your lender, as well as your social security number.

The process of applying and getting approved for a cash loan usually happens fast. In some cases, you can even be approved in as little as about half an hour. You should be sure, however, to ask about the lending fee associated with your loan. If it’s too high to make it worth it, then you may want to consider working with another lender.

Keep in mind that the complete list of requirements will likely vary based on the specific lender that you’re working with. In some cases, you may even be able to apply for your loan online. In addition to asking questions about interests rates, loan terms, and possible amounts, always take the time to ensure that you do actually meet the requirements of the loan.

Customer care is one aspect we take very seriously at Cigno, as we know people look for reliability and professionalism above all else when it really matters. NOTIFICATION OF MISCONDUCT BY CIGNO AUSTRALIA

Ordered by the Federal Court of Australia

The Federal Court of Australia has found that Cigno Australia Pty Ltd (Cigno Australia) and BSF Solutions Pty Ltd (BSF Solutions) have breached the law by engaging in unlicensed credit activity and charging prohibited fees.

In the period from July 2022 to 3 October 2023, over 100,000 consumers have been lent a total of $34 million, and charged fees of over $70 million, under the ‘No Upfront Charge Loan Model’ operated by BSF Solutions and Cigno Australia. At no time has either BSF Solutions or Cigno Australia held an Australian Credit Licence.

The Court also found that Mark Swanepoel (director of Cigno Australia) and Brenton James Harrison (director of BSF Solutions) were involved in these breaches of the law.

With effect from 24 May 2024, the Court has granted permanent injunctions preventing Cigno Australia and BSF Solutions from:

  • demanding, receiving or accepting fees or charges, including amounts of loan principal, from consumers in relation to credit provided under the ‘No Upfront Charge Model’; and
  • engaging in further credit activity pursuant to the ‘No Upfront Charge Loan Model’, including by entering into new agreements with consumers, for so long as they do not hold an Australian Credit Licence.

Cigno Australia was ordered by the Court to, by 5th July 2024, send written communications to consumers who between July 2022 and December 2022 entered into agreements with Cigno Australia and BSF Solutions under the ‘No Upfront Charge Loan Model’.

The Court will later determine whether (among other things) Cigno Australia and Mark Swanepoel ought to pay a pecuniary penalty in respect of this conduct, and whether Mark Swanepoel should be restrained from carrying on a business engaging in credit activity.

Cigno Australia, BSF Solutions, Mr Swanepoel and Mr Harrison intend to appeal the decision of the Court and have filed an application for leave to appeal. If the appeal is successful, some or all of the orders of the Federal Court of Australia may be set aside.
